The Story Behind This Site

This whole thing started when I got frustrated with finding reliable server hosting comparisons online. Too many sites seemed to push whoever paid them the most, and actual useful information was buried under marketing fluff.

I wanted something different: a place where you could actually compare servers based on real data, updated multiple times daily, without any hidden agendas. So I built it.

Yes, there are affiliate links here (got to keep the lights on somehow), but here's the deal: I don't rank providers based on commissions. Everyone gets treated the same. The data is the data, and the comparisons are fair.

The Technical Stuff

For the nerds out there: The backend crawls provider websites multiple times daily, stores everything in a database, and serves it through an API. The frontend is built with SvelteKit because it's fast and fun to work with.
